Jimmy J. Williams, CPA/PFS, BVAL, MTAX, CFF is the managing director of the Firm. He earned his Masters In Tax Law from the University of Tulsa. His primary responsibilities are tax, investment, and financial planning for the Firm's clients. Jimmy is accredited as business valuator accredited in litigation by the Institute of Business Appraisers, has earned the Series 6, 7, 65, and 63 securities licenses and maintains life and variable annuity licenses. He also serves as the partner-in-charge of all valuation and litigation support engagements. Jimmy has served clients in various industries for more than 20 years.
Dena G. Williams is the public media and marketing manager for the Firm. She has extensive experience in coordinating publicity and marketing projects for CPA and financial planning firms. Dena earned her experience while a team member of Frank B. Hall & Co., an international risk management company. She develops the materials to be presented on the website and provides personal publicity for the Firm's client appreciation and other events.
Tina M. Davenport serves as the manager for all tax and accounting services engagements. She has honed her professional skills from 13 years in public accounting and 8 years in banking/private industry. Tina earned her B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science Programming in May, 1986, from Southeastern Oklahoma State University; she continued her education by earning a Bachelors in Business Education with a minor in Mathematics from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Anna Webster serves as the senior consultant responsible for the Firm's accounting staff outsourcing services and tax preparation for corporate, fiduciary, partnership, estate and individual returns. She has more than 8 years of public accounting firm experience with a variety of client types.
Julie Hokit provides the Firm with customer service and marketing. Julie also assists as a Client Relationship Manager for our sister company, Compass Capital Management, LLC. Her creative approach to resolving client's concerns is one of her strongest skills.
Diana Reed is a staff accountant for the Firm. Diana prepares tax returns, accounting services and financial statements and serves as support on litigation and valuation projects. She completed her Associates Degree in Accounting at Eastern Oklahoma State College and continued her education in business at the Kiamichi Technology Center.
Shelley Merkel serves as the Firm's Internal Accountant. She also assists in preparing tax returns, financial statements, and provides bookkeeping services for several of our clients. Shelley's skills and enthusiasm are contagious at the Firm. Her attention to detail exceeds our client's expectations!
LeAnn Lewis serves as the Office Manager, Executive Assistant to Mr. Williams and Client Relationship Manager for our sister company, Compass Capital Management, LLC. Her enthusiasm in serving the unique needs of our clients is outstanding! She is responsible for processing complicated reports and returns as well as managing office items to operate the office in a smooth manner.
April Glynn serves the Firm as the Director of First Impressions. April greets each of our clients with a smile. Her skills provide an excellent source of detailed, personalized service to each client! April provides our clients with the personal attention required to exceed their expectations in client service.
Alexandria Williams serves the Firm as an administrative assistant. She assists with marketing, document management systems and other administrative tasks. Her desire is to attend the University of Oklahoma to complete her education.
Gabrielle Williams serves the Firm as an administrative assistant. Primary and important tasks relating to marketing, document management and office administrative tasks are her responsibility. Her desire is to attend the University of Oklahoma to complete her education.
